The only downside was that it took quite a long time. The upside was that Neil was very apologetic, but he did laugh when I told him that the dog might have eaten the end links before I had had a chance to fit the bracelet to the watch!

I have a treasured 1950s Oyster Rolex with steel strap that I could no longer wear as a hinge ‘tube’ had worn through on the clasp blade. A replacement clap was heading up for £900 and that was only if I could find the correct component. Neil replaced the ‘tube’ invisibly, I can’t tell which one was broken, repaired a compromised link and gave it a gentle clean. It’s now back on my wrist and I couldn’t be more delighted or amazed at the service and skill. Neil phoned me personally to check I was happy with the type of repair, even sending a video! Really couldn’t recommend more highly.

I recently had the bracelet of my Rolex refurbished which had stretched and had the ill fitting clasp repaired. Without doubt I am extremely pleased with the whole service and end result. The bracelet looks like new and the repairs cost far less than a new bracelet which Rolex was suggesting was the only option. After wearing and loving my Rolex pretty much consistently for the last 20 years, the clasp was loose and the bracelet stretched. I was nervous what to do. I did some research and found this company. I talked to Neil who put my mind at rest. I hand delivered the bracelet to Jake and 5 weeks later I collected it (my choice). I’m so pleased with the results. Rolex wanted £1700 plus to exchange my Jubilee mixed metal bracelet because the links were showing signs of wear. Well they would after thirty two years! After doing a little research I emailed Neil at WBR Ltd and arranged to meet him so he could have a look at the bracelet and give me a price for his esteemed offices to repair and totally refurbish the bracelet. On examination Neil pointed out that one of the clasps had failed but he would include that in with the price should I decide to go ahead. At less than a quarter of the price of a “Service Replacement” from Rolex, I received back a bracelet that not only looked Brand New but was also mechanically as good as New. What stars you are!! Can I also add that dealing with your good offices was politeness itself, with nothing being too much trouble. Thank you for your brilliant service! The care and courtesy I received from the staff of Watch Bracelet was fantastic. Even though the gold bracelet for my 60 year old watch was not of the expensive Rolex type extensive work was carried out until at last a solution was found using the most modern equipment. At all times I was kept informed of the progress being made until it was returned . I am now most happy to wear it every day as good as when it was first bought.

Having your stretched Rolex bracelet repaired is a much cheaper and more viable option than buying a new bracelet. Mine came back in good time and is like new.

I received my Rolex as an 18th Birthday present from my now departed dad almost 4 decades ago and have worn it every day since. Fair to say it was ‘well loved’ and the strap was at risk of snapping. My Daytona is 20 years old the bracelet I’ve stretched over the years, I thought I’d buy a new bracelet but didn’t want to devalue the watch so I contacted Neil at the watchbracelet repair co and wow he has restored my bracelet polished it and made it brand new again maintaining my original bracelet at a fraction the cost

I spoke to Christine firstly the secretary, then she got Neil to contact me, we discussed the way forward and I took my watch to Chesterfield, they began work quickly however I had to leave it overnight for Jake to complete the work that was needed I returned the following day and there it was better than brand new and the price was excellent , I’m simply delighted, really glad I looked on face book and find them, well done team top job.

I had been told by three differen watch restoration specilist’s that my bracelet needed replacing and could not be repaired, then I spoke to Neil at WBR. Instantly I knew he was the man for the job. You get the sence of “old school” about him. I did a Google search on the company, and everything checked out. I then paid my £25 and popped it in the post. The next day I recieved conformation they had recieved it and was in the workshop. Neil kept my updated on the progress every couple of weeks and asked what type of finish I was after, ie brushed steel/polished etc. After five weeks I recieved the call to say it was ready, I paid the final instalment and two days later the bracelet was home. I could not have been more happy with the service, their professionalism, the end product or the price. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I sent both an Oyster and a Jubilee bracelet for refurbishment, having had a great job done on a previous Jubilee. I booked the premiere service, but Neil felt they did not need it and only charged me for the classic service. Both bracelets are now as good as new and I am delighted again. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Neil & the team refurbished my JB Champion oval link jubilee. The links were pretty much falling apart & the small crown clasp was beat up. The result is amazing. Getting new spring bars at a Rolex service centre, the watchmaker said it’s the best JB he’s ever seen & as tight as a brand new jubilee.

I consulted Neil after I was quoted nearly £1000 for refurbishment of my much loved but now elderly Rolex GMTII bracelet. Sending photos he suggested that the cost should be nearer £500, provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and was happy to speak at length and at anytime.
