We do not keep your personal details on file other than a contact telephone number and a digital image of the work that we carry out.


All our work comes with a one year guarantee, within that period we also offer a free inspection and clean; the customer only pays for the postage and insurance in transit.


As soon as we receive your bracelet we inspect it and send you an email confirming it has been received. If you wish to cancel this must be done, via email, within seven days from the date of our confirmation of receipt email to you.


No Refunds are given, unless there is just cause (agreed by both parties) and confirmed/agreed via email communications. Any refund given is always returned by the same method as the payment was made. Refunds will be given within fourteen days of approval by us.


As soon as we receive your bracelet we inspect it. If, for whatever reason, we reserve the right – without notice – to refuse to do any work on your bracelet. Your bracelet will then be returned back to you in the exact state and condition that we received it.

We will always try to supply & fit new (Generic) screw pins/spring bars etc, sometimes this is not possible (due to supply or non suitable parts), we reserve the right not to replace some or all of these parts; you will be informed of this on your job sheet.


We always reserve the right (without notice) to change this date as the parts required may become delayed or unavailable therefore meaning we require extra time to find new sources of supply.
