We do not keep your personal details on file other than a contact telephone number and a digital image of the work that we carry out. All financial details are handled by World Pay with full encryption.
All our work comes with a two year guarantee, within that period we also offer a free inspection and clean; the customer only pays for the postage and insurance in transit.
As soon as we receive your bracelet we inspect it and send you a recommendation (by email) of the work that needs to be done, the cost for this work and delivery date.* If you wish to cancel this must be done within seven days from the date of our email to you.
No Refunds are given, including your inspection/order deposit if we have to return the bracelet back to you without any work being done or you cancelling the order.

We always reserve the right (without notice) to change this date as the parts required may become delayed or unavailable therefore meaning we require extra time to find new sources of supply.
